The Bidding Process

Job Walk Notice: We notify you of the project walk date and time, along with brief details.
Scope Letters: Prior to the walk, a detailed SOW is provided to help you understand the project requirements.
Project Walk: We walk through the project room by room, discussing the SOW and answering questions.
Communication: Open line of communication is maintained for any clarification or correspondence needed.
Private Opening: We respect our contractor relationships and do not bid shop. Your proposal will be for private internal review only
Project Award: We base our decision on fulfillment of the SOW, price, proposal thoroughness, and track record/experience.

Contractor Requirements

To partner with us, contractors must:

Be fully licensed and insured (including workers' comp with a minimum $1 million limit)
Have experience working with real estate investors on flips
Provide several reliable references
Be capable of setting and meeting fast timelines
Be financially stable with a successful track record without lawsuits
Commit to doing things the right way
